Boiler Replacement

Heating accounts for around 55% of what you spend in a year on energy bills, so an efficient boiler makes a huge difference. Under the ECO scheme, you can have a brand new A-rated, energy efficient combi or system boiler fitted free of charge or have the cost of a replacement heavily subsidised.

External Wall Insulation

More than a third of all heat lost in uninsulated homes escapes through external walls. The better insulated your home, the less heat you will be losing, meaning you do not need to run your heating as much (saving you money).

Internal Wall Insulation

Insulating your internal walls could make a big impact on annual heating bills, and make your home more comfortable. Internal wall insulation is very similar to external wall insulation, except that the insulation is applied to the inside of the property rather than the outside. Internal wall insulation is done by fitting rigid insulation boards to the wall, or by building a stud wall filled in with insulation material such as mineral wool fibre.

Loft Insulation

A quarter of heat is lost through the roof in an uninsulated home because of the fact that warm air rises. This means that keeping your loft, attic or flat roof insulated is a simple and effective way to reduce heat loss and reduce your heating bills.

UnderFloor Insulation

Insulating your Underfloor is a great way to keep your property warm as an uninsulated floor can lose roughly 15% of the heat from your home. Underfloor insulation is an extremely efficient and effective way to create thermal efficiency in your home, plus a whole other host of benefits. Retrofit Assessment for ECO Measure

The retrofit assessor will carry out a whole house assessment with a fabric first approach. This is performed by a person qualified in accordance with the requirements of PAS 2035. These works are carried out to PAS 2035 standard (publically available specification) This means that all funded works are to have a retrofit assessment and only someone suitably qualified and competent can carry out the assessment.
